Custodiar el orden escolar: Las fronteras pedagógicas en el trabajo de asesoramiento

Abstract

El artículo presenta resultados de una investigación cuyo objeto de estudio fue la configuración del trabajo de los/as asesores/as pedagógicos/as, desarrollada en el marco del Trabajo Integrador Final de la Especialización en Asesoramiento Educacional de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación UNComahue. Los análisis construidos desde la pedagogía critica, se dirigieron a conocer las tareas que realizaban y los sentidos que le adjudicaba a su trabajo un equipo de asesoras pedagógicas de la ciudad de Neuquén. Se mostrará cómo el trabajo de asesoramiento se configura a partir de la demanda institucional de la custodia del orden escolar -adjudicando a las asesoras el rol de “comisarios”- y del reencauzamiento de la conducta de los/as estudiantes de forma rápida, cuando se desordena la cotidianidad escolar -ubicando a las asesoras bajo la figura de “atención al cliente”-. Tareas concebidas por ellas como no pedagógicas, produciendo una frontera pedagógica en el trabajo de asesoramiento.

is article will present the results of an investigation whose object of study was the configuration of the work of the pedagogical advisers, developed within the framework of the Final Integrative Work of the Specialization in Educational Counseling of UNComahue. e analyzes constructed from the critical pedagogy were directed to knowing the tasks they carried out and the meanings that a team of pedagogical advisers from the city of Neuquén assigned to their work. e purpose will be to show how the advisory work is configured from the institutional demand of the custody of the school order -awarding the advisers the role of commissioners- and the redirection of the behavior of the students quickly, when the daily school life is disordered -placing the advisors under the figure of "customer service"-. Tasks that are conceived by the advisers as non-pedagogical, producing a pedagogical frontier in the advisory work.
