The chapter analyzes the digital transformation and innovation process of four retail companies from different emerging market regions. The cases are analyzed and compared to the business model of Ämazon, examining how they distinguish from this retail giant by pursuing a flexible strategy in which adaptation to different emerging market needs is crucial.
