Germinación y floración de aprendizajes informales en el contexto de una granja agroecológica

Abstract

Este escrito aborda los aspectos integrales del aprendizaje en el contexto de una granja agroecológica ubicada en Perú, en la cual participan voluntarios que realizan prácticas agroecológicas. Se realizó estudio de caso con un enfoque etnográfico, para ellos, se llevaron a cabo entrevistas semiestructuradas con cinco de los voluntarios que conviven en la granja. El análisis de las narrativas permitió la elaboración de categorías de análisis sobre rasgos influyentes del aprendizaje agroecológico, entre las que se destacan: trayectorias de los voluntarios, metas compartidas de aprendizaje, germinación de aprendizajes y prácticas verdes y aprendizajes emocionales y sociales

This writing addresses the integral aspects of learning in the context of an agroecological farm located in Peru, in which volunteers who carry out agroecological practices participate. A case study was carried out with an ethnographic approach, for them, semi-structured interviews were carried out with five of the volunteers who live together on the farm. The analysis of the narratives allowed the elaboration of categories of analysis on influential traits of agroecological learning, among which the following stand out: trajectories of the volunteers, shared learning goals, germination of green learning and practices, and emotional and social learning.
