«Las cosas por su nombre»: Un estudio de la racionalidad subjetiva del neoliberalismo a partir del análisis de los Principios Institucionales del PRO (2018)

Abstract

El trabajo indaga el discurso político del Partido Propuesta Republicana (PRO) a través del análisis de su Presentación Institucional (2018) –en la que el partido expone sus valores y creencias fundacionales–. Se cree que dicho discurso político tiende a reproducir, extender e intensificar la racionalidad neoliberal. En específico, la que hace a los procesos de subjetivación y que ha sido conceptualizada como “la racionalidad subjetiva” del neoliberalismo. Para ello, el estudio se propone identificar a través de la revisión bibliográfica los “significantes clave” –esto es, los conceptos que asumen un papel político central– que componen la Presentación Institucional del PRO (2018) y que contribuyen a la consolidación de la racionalidad subjetiva neoliberal.The article examines Partido Propuesta Republicana (PRO)’s political discourse through the analysis of its Institutional Presentation (2018) –in which the party exposes its founding values and beliefs–. It is assumed that this political discourse tends to reproduce, extend and intensify the neoliberal rationality. Specifically, the one referred to the processes of subjectivation and that has been conceptualized as “the subjective rationality" of neoliberalism. To that end, the study aims to identify through the bibliographic review the "key signifiers" -that is, the concepts that assume a central political role- that make up the Institutional Presentation of PRO (2018) and that contribute to the consolidation of the neoliberal subjective rationality.
