Inquiring into the relationships between education as a universal right and the particular narratives about educational rights, which arise in the process of appropriation of these by students, both persons deprived of their liberty and prison agents, will then be interpreted rights, lived and located (Barrera, 2015). Methodologically, the present work uses ethnography prioritizing the description and analysis of the specific activities carried out by the actors involved, for this purpose a field work is carried out that combines participant observation techniques and indepth interviews at the university center, attending to the study subjects and their environment.
