Prácticas letradas académicas de la Licenciatura en Trabajo Social: acercamiento al Plan de Estudios de la carrera y a Programas de cátedra de primer año

Abstract

El presente artículo se desprende de una investigación en curso más amplia, centrada en contribuir al conocimiento de la lectura y la escritura en el campo de la Licenciatura en Trabajo Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales (UNL) y favorecer el desarrollo de políticas institucionales que mejoren y afiancen estas prácticas. La misma está financiada por el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) y se desarrolla en el seno del Centro de Investigaciones de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina). En esta oportunidad, se focaliza en el análisis de documentos que permiten reconstruir información parcial acerca del lugar que tienen las prácticas de lectura y escritura académica en el diseño de la carrera y en el inicio de cursado de la misma. Por un lado, el Plan de Estudios de la Licenciatura en Trabajo Social, instituido en 2010 cuando la carrera se constituyó como universitaria; por otro lado, los Planes de Cátedra de la primera asignatura específica de carácter anual: “Trabajo Social y su configuración como profesión y disciplina”, que se dicta en tres comisiones diferentes.

This article stems from a broader ongoing research, focused on contributing to the knowledge of reading and writing in the field of the Bachelor of Social Work of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences (UNL) and favoring the development of policies institutions that improve and strengthen these practices. It’s funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) and is developed within the Research Center of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the National University of the Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina). On this occasion, it focuses on the analysis of documents that allow reconstructing partial information about the place that academic reading and writing practices have in the design of the degree and at the beginning of the course. On the one hand, the Study Plan for the Bachelor of Social Work, instituted in 2010 when the degree was established as a university; on the other hand, the Chair Plans of the first specific annual subject: “Social Work and its configuration as a profession and discipline”, which is dictated by three different commissions. In this direction, a first naturalistic methodological approach is carried out, focused on reconstructing what happens in the field of the Bachelor of Social Work (FCJS-UNL) in relation to reading and writing. The results of this production, in the face of the imminent reform of the Career Curriculum, aim to provide inputs for the development of institutional policies aimed at promoting reading and writing as epistemic tools in the field of of the Bachelor of Social Work.
