Investigar, enseñar y ¿comunicar la ciencia?: Una propuesta desde la Historia

Abstract

En los últimos años se puede percibir un creciente interés por parte de la comunidad científica por comunicar –a través de diferentes formatos– los resultados de sus investigaciones. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente trabajo es dar cuenta de una experiencia de comunicación científica de la Historia realizada en el marco de los Proyectos de Transferencia de los Resultados de la Investigación y Comunicación Pública de la Ciencia (PROTRI) promovidos por el Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología de la provincia de Córdoba. En el recorrido propuesto se procura situarnos en los diversos paradigmas que atravesaron (y atraviesan) la discusión sobre la comunicación pública de la ciencia para luego, desde allí, comentar algunas características que la misma asume en el campo historiográfico. Con ese trasfondo, nos concentramos en la descripción del PROTRI y de la propuesta de comunicación que resultó del mismo.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest on the part of the scientific community to communicate -through different formats- the results of their research. In this sense, the objective of the present work is to give an account of an experience of scientific communication in History carried out in the framework of the Projects of Transfer of the Results of the Investigation and Public Communication of the Science (PROTRI) promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the province of Cordoba. In the planned course of action, we tried to situate ourselves in the various paradigms that crossed (and still pass through) the discussion about the public communication of science and then, from there, to consider some of the characteristics that such discussion assumes in the field of historiography. With this background in mind, we focus on the description of PROTRI and the communication proposal that resulted from it.
