Puesta en valor e historia de los conjuntos líticos de El Ceibo 7- Colección Arqueológica Cardich

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar los primeros avances en la puesta en valor de la colección de artefactos líticos procedentes del sitio arqueológico El Ceibo 7 en la provincia de Santa Cruz. En estesentido, detallamos las tareas de acondicionamiento e inventariado de la colección, procedimientos típicos de este tipo de proceso. A su vez indagamos acerca de la trayectoria de la colección desde sucolecta por parte del Ing. Augusto Cardich a la actualidad, aspecto que nos permite comprender el proceso de patrimonialización en perspectiva histórica. En este sentido, nos interesa abordar los procesos a los que fueron sometidos los objetos e identificar los criterios de investigación, manipulación y guarda.

The objective of this paper is to present the first results in the enhancement of the collection of lithic artifacts from the archaeological site El Ceibo 7 in the province of Santa Cruz. In this sense, we detail the tasks of arrangement and inventorying of the collection, typical procedures of this type of process. However, we also inquire about the historical trajectory of the remains the moment they were gathered to the present time. This allows us to understand the process of patrimonialization in a historical perspective. We are interested in addressing the processes to which the objects were subjected and identifying the criteria which guided their research, manipulation and storage.
