El Centro Universitario San Martín (CUSAM) como proyecto educativo y territorial

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es describir y pensar el Centro Universitario San Martín (CUSAM) en el territorio emplazado en el Área Reconquista, a partir de una serie de datos producidos por diversas investigaciones empíricas y entrevistas como un entorno vital en el que se asocia la basura, la contaminación, el territorio y sus habitantes marginales. La noción de entorno tiene un alcance mayor que la de medio ambiente (Chateauraynaud, 2011), ya que permite hacer visible la red de agentes heterogéneos que debe ser analizada en la continuidad fluida entre humanos y no-humanos que lo componen. En nuestra perspectiva no alcanza con pensar lo ambiental y lo social como espacios interconectados pero separados, ni tampoco la inscripción del segundo en el primero. Desde un enfoque que los integra, abordamos el Centro bajo estudio a partir de la hipótesis del carácter abierto y provisorio de las asociaciones mediante las cuales los actores articulan su mundo social en colectivos; y siguiendo a Latour (2008), consideramos cualquier entidad que produzca una relación o adquiera valor de significación como parte actante de dicho entorno.

The objective of this article is to describe and think about the San Martín University Center (CUSAM) in the territory located in the Reconquista Area, from a series of data (produced by various empirical investigations and interviews) as a vital environment in which garbage, pollution, territory and its marginal inhabitants are associated. The notion of environment (Chateauraynaud, 2011) allows to make visible the network of heterogeneous agents that must be analyzed in the fluid continuity between human and non-human components. In our perspective it is not enough to think about the environmental and the social as interconnected but separate spaces, nor the inscription of the second in the first. From an integrating approach, we approach the Center under study, based on the hypothesis of the open and provisional nature of the associations through which the actors articulate their social world in groups; and following Latour (2008), we consider any entity that produces a relationship or acquires significance value as an acting part of said environment.
