This chapter addresses the problem of the training of researchers in the academic field of Education Policy in Latin America. The text is organized in three parts, beginning with some considerations on Education Policy as a theoretical field. The second section discusses the current situation of research on Education Policy in the region. The third section presents some notes about a possible training model.
