Orden-desorden y ordenamiento territorial como tecnología de gobierno

Abstract

El artículo se propone, a partir de una amplia revisión bibliográfica, reflexionar críticamente sobre el ordenamiento territorial, problematizando las formas en que suelen ser definidos los problemas y propuestas de ordenamiento, tanto desde el ámbito público como desde la academia. A partir de una reflexión teórica respecto del estado y las ideas de orden-desorden, márgenes del estado, espaciocontraespacio, propone pensar el ordenamiento territorial como una dimensión intrínseca de la producción del espacio y como tecnología de gobierno, para finalmente plantear algunos interrogantes que pueden desprenderse de esta perspectiva.

The purpose of this paper is to reflect critically on the territorial ordering, problematizing the ways in which the problems and ordering proposals are usually defined, both from the public sphere and from the academy. From a theoretical reflection on the state and the ideas of order-disorder, margins of the state, space-counter-space, proposes to think territorial ordering as an intrinsic dimension of the production of space and as government technology, to finally raise some questions that can be detached from this perspective. The work is based on a wide literature review.
