Las consecuencias educativas y el desarrollo del docente a causa del uso de las TIC en las reformas y tipos de aprendizaje en tiempos del COVID-19

Abstract

La presente investigación analiza las consecuencias educacionales y efectos en el desarrollo del docente, desde la decisión de implementar las TIC como herramienta virtual para contrarrestar las incidencias o crisis sanitaria conocida del COVID-19. Es una investigación tipo cualitativa, apoyada en la hermenéutica documental y descriptiva, donde predominan las opiniones de expertos de diferentes países para poder entender la magnitud de las consecuencias debido a las tomas de decisiones en materia de educacional virtual producto de la Pandemia. El artículo resalta que tomar medidas en torno a la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías sin haber realizado un análisis previo de situaciones adversas como las que atraviesa el sistema educativo a nivel global, trae consigo resultados pocos favorables e incluso puede incrementar la crisis. Finalmente, las conclusiones indican que el simple hecho de no garantizar los recursos necesarios a los estudiantes (Internet, computadoras, espacio físico adecuado) así como, la falta de competencia (entrenamiento) por parte de los docentes, y padres de familias, sobre el empleo de las TIC, traen aparejado el colapso general del sistema educativo actual en medio de una Pandemia global, que nos invita a realizar cambios drásticos por un tiempo prolongado.

The right to education is considered as a right and a social duty that enjoys the protection of the State. This research analyzes the educational consequences and effects on teacher development, from the decision to implement TIC´s as a virtual tool to counter incidents or health crisis known as COVID-19. It is a qualitative type of research, supported by documentary and descriptive hermeneutics, where the most predominant are the opinions of experts from different countries, in order to understand the magnitude of the consequences due to decision-making regarding virtual educational products of the Pandemic. The research highlights that taking measures around the implementation of TIC´s without having carried out a previous analysis of adverse situations, which the global education system is going through, brings with it unfavorable results, including increasing the crisis. Finally, the conclusions indicate that the simple fact of not guaranteeing the necessary resources to the students (Internet, computers, physical space) as well as the lack of competition (training) on the part of the teachers and parents about the system of TIC´s bring with them the general collapse in the current educational system, right in the middle of a global pandemic, which invites us to make drastic changes to live together for a long time.
