Facilitación de la comprensión del discurso expositivo: aportes de los estudios acerca de la introducción de cambios en los textos y del efecto de la modalidad de presentación del material

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar una selección de estudios que han investigado el rol de la introducción de modificaciones en la estructura de los textos y la modalidad de presentación del material en la comprensión del discurso expositivo. Con este fin, se introducirán investigaciones que han indagado acerca de efecto de implementar procedimientos sistemáticos de revisión de textos y del diseño de textos de refutación en la facilitación de la comprensión de textos expositivos. A continuación, se describirán estudios que han examinado el rol de presentar materiales de discurso expositivo en distintas modalidades en el establecimiento de conexiones entre sus enunciados. La consideración de estas investigaciones permitirá destacar la importancia de continuar examinando cómo interactúan la estructura del material, el conocimiento previo y la modalidad de presentación del material en la facilitación del aprendizaje.

The objective of this work is to present a selection of studies that have investigated the role of the introduction of modifications in the structure of the texts and the modification of the presentation of the material in the understanding of the expository discourse. To this end, they will introduce research that they have introduced about the effect of implementing systematic text review procedures and the design of rebuttal texts in facilitating the understanding of expository texts. Described below are studies that have examined the role of presenting expository discourse materials in different modalities in establishing connections between their statements. Consideration of these investigations highlights the importance of continuing to examine how the structure of the material, prior knowledge, and the mode of presentation of the material interact in facilitating learning.
