Resumen
When a liquid is quenched, a disordered solid is obtained. That solid can be a glass or a polycrystalline material. If a glass is obtained, understanding the variation of time dependence of its physical properties-such as the glasses? structural relaxation-is crucial. The glass transition process is commonly associated with a frozen liquid structure trapped during the quenching. In thiswork, the aging phenomenon is correlated to the modifier cation content in a studied ionic conductor phosphate glass. This is a critical knowledge needed for cost-effective materials, because of the potential changes in their material electrical behavior. Structural and electrical evidence of the damage suffered by a slight overheating of a highly concentrated ionic glass is presented.
