Adaptación y Validación del Inventario de Respuestas de Afrontamiento de Moos (CRI-A) para Adultos

Abstract

En el presente estudio se propone presentar los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de las propiedades psicométricas del Inventario de Respuestas de Afrontamiento -CRI (Moos ,1993 Adaptación Argentina: Mikulic, 1998). La muestra estuvo conformada por 805 adultos de Capital Federal y Provincia de Buenos Aires entre las edades de 20 a 50 años (M=30,5 ; SD= 8,7). Se analizó la consistencia interna del inventario, así como su validez factorial. El coeficiente alfa de confiabilidad del instrumento total fue elevado (.85) y los coeficientes de las escalas específicas adecuados. El análisis factorial identificó dos factores principales: aproximación y evitación, agrupándose las escalas como lo plantea el autor, con excepción de la escala Búsqueda de Gratificaciones Alternativas que satura el factor contrario al postulado teóricamente, coincidiendo esto con otros estudios. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que esta versión reúne condiciones psicométricas adecuadas para evaluar el afrontamiento en nuestro contexto.

The necessity to do research on the way in which or how the therapeutic change takes place was put forward in the framework of the UBACyT 2004-2007 P069 Project, developed at the Clinical Psychology Program for Adolescents, Southern Region, University of Buenos Aires. This implies deepening into the difficult problem of measuring therapeutic processes, not only in individuals but also in the interaction of individuals in groups and in the groups as a whole. In this work the adaptation of one of the instruments used to measure therapeutic process in the Focalised Therapeutic Group-FTG: the Model of Therapeutic Cycles-MTC by Mergenthaler is presented. The psychotherapeutic process is analysed and the “key moments” are identified by means of the TCM in the framework of a session and of the treatment. About 4,500 new words were reassessed in this adaptation into Spanish to be applied to a high-risk psychosocial population formed by violent early adolescents diagnosed with Defiant Negative Disorder and Antisocial Disorder. There were three subgroups of words which were difficult to categorise: the subgroup of words used regionally, the subgroup of words belonging to adolescent jargon and the subgroup of words of transgressor jargon with certain criminal traits. Some examples are presented in the context of the FTG sessions.
