El cuerpo en el lenguaje: Renegaciones del psicoanálisis

Abstract

Contra la tradición socrática y cristiana que consideró incompatibles al cuerpo y a la virtud, Nietzsche reivindicó el cuerpo como centro de gravedad del pensar. Marcado por Nietzsche, Freud prosiguió aquella ampliación de la racionalidad, cuestionando la estigmatización de la sexualidad y encontrando en el cuerpo el fundamento anatomofisiológico de las pulsiones. Este trabajo plantea que el rechazo freudiano de la metafísica en nombre de la metapsicología podría estar siendo desplazado desde las filas del psicoanálisis por una voluntad de formalización que corre el riesgo de reinstalar un dualismo perimido y de olvidar nuevamente al cuerpo.

Against Socratic and Christian traditions that consider­ed body and virtue incompatible, Nietzsche vindicated the body as the center of gravity of thought. Marked by Nietzsche, Freud continued the expansion of rationality, questioning the stigma of sexuality and finding in the body the anatomophysiologic foundation of impulses. This work states that Freud’s rejection of metaphysics in the name of the metapsychology could be displaced from the ranks of psychoanalysis by a willingness of formalization that risks to reinstate an obsolete dualism leading to forget the body once again
