El Remodernismo: Literatura Argentina y después... [Un ensayo]

Abstract

En el presente artículo, pergeñado a partir de nociones tales como "fin de siglo", "siglo XXI", "remodernismo", "experimentalismo", "narrativa", se abordan determinados aspectos que hacen a un estado de situación de la Literatura Argentina entre fines del siglo XX y comienzos del siglo XXI. En particular, se desarrolla el punto de encuentro entre literatura y tecnologías, al tiempo que se señalan algunas de las características que hacen a la elaboración conceptual del Remodernismo, suerte de reedición de la modernidad literaria del siglo XX todavía en el siglo XXI: con sus concepciones de canon, sus concepciones de obra, sus figuraciones de autor. Finalmente, se postula la hipótesis de un primer tiempo del siglo XXI, caracterizado por una serie de obras y autores más experimentales y más relacionados con las tecnologías, y un segundo momento del siglo XXI caracterizado por el retorno a la escritura y al relato, aun incluso en géneros como la poesía. This article presents some considerations related to Remodernism, defined by the forms of appearance of the past in the present and, in particular, by the presence of certain forms of reading characteristic of modernity still in the 21st century. At the same time, it presents a possible cartography of contemporary Argentine literature based on the establishment of differences between the first and the second decade of the 21st century. While it can be verified that the 2000s were more experimental years within Argentine literature –with works that experienced the encounter with technologies– after 2011 there would have been a return to the story and the narrative.
