Resumen
We examined the biocontrol and the differential production of H2O2 and (Formula presented.) in the relationship Macrophomina phaseolina – PGPR in soybean seedling. Fungal colonisation was efficiently prevented by inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens 9. Its ability to improve ROS production and gene expression of antioxidant enzymes could be related to its capacity to control the disease.
