La indeterminación como recurso narrativo: Un análisis discursivo en torno al tratamiento de temas tabúes en libros álbum publicados en la Argentina

Abstract

El presente trabajo indaga una serie de mecanismos discursivos puestos en juego en un género editorial con destinatario infantil, el libro álbum. Postulamos que tales mecanismos lingüísticos contribuyen no solo a forjar la dimensión estética de los relatos sino también a presentar tópicos indecibles (ANGENOT, 2010) en el ámbito de la niñez y considerados tabúes en la literatura infantil. En efecto, el análisis revela que ciertos mecanismos, como la ocurrencia de deícticos y subjetivemas, junto con el estilo de las imágenes, tienden a configurar el efecto de indeterminación como recurso narrativo y, así, cimentan, espacios discursivos plurisignificativos y abiertos a múltiples lecturas.

The present work explores a series of discursive mechanisms put into play in an editorial genre with a child recipient, the book album, which contribute not only to forge the aesthetic dimension of the stories but also to present hitherto "unspeakable" topics (ANGENOT, 2010) and considered taboos in children's literature. The analysis reveals that certain mechanisms, such as the occurrence of deictics and subjectivemes and the style of the image, among others, tend to configure the effect of indetermination as a narrative resource. In this way, they are cemented, discursive spaces uncertain, plurisignificativos and open to multiple readings.
