Philia sin Eros: La comunidad de amigos como una crítica a la sociabilidad liberal

Abstract

En el presente escrito se procura desarrollarcomo los argumentos críticos más acabadoscontra la tradición del liberalismo político searticulan a partir de la figura de la amistadpolítica, entendida ésta no como un fenómenoinserto en el mundo de las emociones, sinocomo una pasión desapasionada propia de lopúblico. En este sentido retomaremos dosconcepciones contemporáneas que recuperan lacategoría de amistad para pensar lo político yentablar desde allí una crítica al liberalismo. Laconcepción articulada por Carl Schmitt y laensayada desde la perspectiva comunitarista.Concepciones que no obstante plantear tesiturasdivergentes en torno a lo político, su tratamientoen torno a la amistad tienen elementos comunesque permiten encauzar las criticas al liberalismo.

The present work tries to develop as the critical arguments most ended against the political liberalism are articulated from the figure of the political friendship, understood as a phenomenon not inserted into the world of emotions, but as a dispassionate passion of the public itself. In this respect we will take again two contemporary conceptions that recover the category of friendship to think the political thing, and to initiate from there a critique to the liberalism. The conception articulated by Schmitt, and the the comunitarist`s perspective. Conceptions that nevertheless to raise divergent attitudes concerning the political thing, his treatment concerning the friendship have common elements that allow to conduit the critiques to the liberalism.
