Desigualdad Educativa en contextos de obligatoriedad de la Educación Secundaria: Un estudio sobre el comportamiento de la matrícula y los indicadores de eficiencia interna en el país y en la provincia de Buenos Aires, durante el período 2001/2015

Abstract

La tesis que se presenta a continuación construye conocimiento con respecto al comportamiento estructural de la Desigualdad Educativa en la Escuela Secundaria para el período 2001/2015 en el país y en la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Ello, a partir de poner en relación, esto es de triangular, dos fuentes de datos, estadísticas y normativas, y de leer a dichas relaciones en el marco de procesos de gobernabilidad, para lo cual se utilizarán las caracterizaciones que diversos autores realizan de las “formas de gobierno” para dicho período. Se espera así,aportar al campo de la Sociología de la Educación estrategias teóricas y metodológicas capaces de conocer el fenómeno de la Desigualdad Educativa dadas las relaciones de influencia que existen entre el comportamiento estructural del Sistema Educativo, específicamente de la Educación Secundaria, y el “meta campo” del Estado para un período específico. A partir de este trabajo, el lector o lectora, logrará identificar las características estructurales y coyunturales que caracterizan al funcionamiento de la Educación Secundaria en el país y la provincia de Buenos Aires para el período 2001/2015, y podrá acercarse a conocer las relaciones de influencia que parecen existir entre dichas características, las normativas vigentes, y las “formas de gobierno” que caracterizan al período.

The thesis that is presented below builds knowledge regarding the structural behavior of the Educational Inequality in the Secondary School for the period 2001/2015 in the country and in the Province of Buenos Aires. This, from a relationship, this is to triangulate, two sources of data, statistics and regulations, and read these relationships in the framework of governance processes, for which the characterizations that various authors make of the "Forms of government" for that period. It is expected, to contribute to the field of Educational Sociology theoretical and methodological strategies capable of knowing the phenomenon of Educational Inequality given the relations of influence that exist between the structural behavior of the Educational System, specifically of Secondary Education, and the " field goal "of the State for a specific period. From this work, the reader will be able to identify the structural and conjunctural characteristics that characterize the functioning of Secondary Education in the country and province of Buenos Aires for the period 2001/2015, and will be able to get closer to know the relations of influence that seem to exist between these characteristics, the current regulations, and the "forms of government" that characterize the period.
