Investigando el hombre (y mujer) común y corriente ante acontecimientos radicales: perpetradores, vecinos, jueces y testigos

Abstract

Este trabajo se propone repensar la categoría de “hombre común”, puntualmente en torno a dos eventos extremos sucedidos el siglo pasado: el nazismo alemán y la dictadura argentina, pero también otras experiencias latinoamericanas. ¿De qué forma se pensaron quienes, no siendo a priori perpetradores ni víctimas, pudieron encontrarse en una posición o la otra, o bien como jueces y testigos posteriores? ¿De qué modos fueron abordados estos actores intermedios, así como las motivaciones de sus procederes, en la bibliografía especializada? Dado que “responsabilidad colectiva” y “pequeñas resistencias” fueron, entre otras y fundamentalmente dependientes del marco alemán, dos de las formas de entender aquellas acciones, también volveremos sobre las principales reflexiones sobre aquellos dos conceptos. Una hipótesis de trabajo puntúa el texto y se expone a discusión: la pregunta por el “hombre común” resulta absolutamente dependiente del contexto socio-memorial y ese contexto, respondiendo a nuestro país de origen, se modificó en la Argentina a partir de diciembre 2015, por lo cual la indagación sobre las relaciones entre sociedad y dictadura ha vuelto a un segundo plano.

This work proposes rethink the concept of “ordinary people”, punctually around two radical events happened in the last century: the german nazism and the argentine’s dictatorship, but also another latinamericans experiences. In what way do we thought whom, not been a priori assassins or victims, found themselves in one position or another, or as subsequent judges and witness? In what ways were think those intermediary actors, as far as their action’s motivations, in the specialized literature? Having in mind that “collective responsibility” and “little resistances” were, between others and fundamentally depend of the german theoretical frame, we will also returnee over the most important reflections around those two concepts. A hypothesis punctuate this article and is exposed to critic: the question about the “ordinary man” depends absolutely of the socio-memorial context and it has changed in Argentine –in our native country– since december 2015, whereby the investigation about the society-dictatorship’s relations has returned to a second place.
