Los gobiernos de Néstor Kirchner y de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner desde la mirada de Laclau.: ¿populismos? Una reseña de la noción a propósito de la opinión del filósofo sobre tales experiencias políticas

Abstract

El concepto de populismo se ha convertido en el eje de muchos trabajos orientados a analizar los gobiernos kirchneristas sin embargo poco se ha hecho por identificar y sistematizar las opiniones brindadas, entre 2003 y 2012, por Ernesto Laclau en torno a la posibilidad de definir a tales Gobiernos con el concepto que formuló. Este trabajo buscará configurar un aporte en dicho sentido. El objetivo será triple. En primer lugar, se buscará presentar los principales rasgos del concepto aludido. En segundo lugar, se intentará determinar, apelando a las entrevistas que brindó en tanto sólo se manifestó al respecto en ellas, si Ernesto Laclau consideró que los Gobiernos kirchneristas podían ser definidos como populismos. En tercer lugar, se tratará de establecer si la caracterización que el filósofo político hizo de los Gobiernos de NK y CFK implicó o no una ruptura en relación con la que había hecho de las experiencias políticas que los precedieron (en particular, aquellas que tuvieron lugar a partir del retorno de la democracia).

With the purpose of analyzing Kirchner's administrations, the concept of populism has become the focus of a great number of papers. Nevertheless, little has been done in order to identify and systematize Ernesto Laclau‟s opinions related to the posibility of defining these administrations according his line of thought. This work pretends to be a contribution in that direction and has a triple objective. First, it will try to make a dive into the key characteristics of the aforementioned concept. Second, it will attempt to determine if Ernesto Laclau considered Kirchner's administrations could be defined as populism. Third, it will try to establish whether the characterization that the philosopher has made of NK and CFK implied a break or not regarding the previous political experiences he had done, particularly with those that have taken place since the return of democracy.
