Bohemia anarquista, modernismo y periodismo: las crónicas de Juan José Soiza Reilly durante la Primera Guerra Mundial

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la pervivencia de una perspectiva proveniente del cruce entre la bohemia periodística y el anarquismo durante la experiencia de Juan José Soiza Reilly como corresponsal durante la Gran Guerra. Enviado a Europa por el diario La Nación y el semanario Fray Mocho de Buenos Aires, las crónicas del autor revelan la convivencia problemática de dos posiciones que dividieron a los intelectuales anarquistas en Argentina: la defensa de la neutralidad y las simpatías a favor de la Triple Entente.

The objective of this work is to analyze the persistence of a perspective coming from the cross between journalistic bohemia and anarchism during the experience of Juan José Soiza Reilly as correspondent during the Great War. Sent to Europe by the newspaper La Nación and the review Fray Mocho from Buenos Aires, the author’s chronicles reveal the problematic coexistence of two positions that divided to the anarchist intellectuals in Argentina: the defense of neutrality and the sympathies in favor of the Triple Entente.
