El modo de acumulación de capital en Argentina (1989 – 2015)

Abstract

En este artículo intentamos analizar las características y transformaciones del modo de acumulación en Argentina entre 1989 y 2015 desde la perspectiva de los modos históricos de producción de la separación –y consiguientemente de la relación– entre estado y acumulación. Al mismo tiempo, hemos buscado restituir la unidad de esos procesos locales con los procesos de acumulación y reestructuración a escala mundial. Desde una perspectiva tal, la comprensión de las transformaciones del modo de acumulación requiere del análisis de las transformaciones en las relaciones de fuerza entre las clases y de los modos de subordinación resultantes así como de las relaciones con el mercado mundial que se establecen a través de ellos. Por esa razón 1989 y 2001 constituyen momentos centrales de la explicación.

In this paper we try to analyze the characteristics and transformations of the mode of accumulation in Argentina between 1989 and 2015 from the perspective of the historical modes of production of the separation -and consequently of the relation- between state and accumulation. At the same time, we have sought to restore the unity of these local processes with the global processes of accumulation and restructuring. From this view, understanding the transformations of the mode of accumulation requires the analysis of the changes in the relations of force between the classes and in the resulting modes of subordination as well as the relations with the world market that are established through they. For that reason 1989 and 2001 are central moments of the explanation.
