Los orígenes de la Cuarta Internacional en Argentina. El caso del Grupo Obrero Revolucionario y La Liga Obrera Revolucionaria

Abstract

El presente trabajo se propone reconstruir la praxis política de dos agrupacionestrotskistas de fines de la década del treinta en Argentina: el Grupo ObreroRevolucionario y su continuadora la Liga Obrera Revolucionaria, ambas lideradaspor Liborio Justo, hijo del expresidente argentino, Agustín Justo. La experienciadel GOR?LOR se destacó por la variedad y tiraje de sus publicaciones y por susvínculos políticos con agrupaciones semejantes en el interior argentino y en países latinoamericanos como Cuba, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay o Brasil.

This paper aims to reconstruct the political praxis of two Trotskyist groups in the late thirties in Argentina: the Grupo Obrero Revolucionario and its successor the Liga Obrera Revolucionaria. Both of them were led by Liborio Justo, son of former Argentine president Agustin Justo. The experience of GOR-LOR was relevant because of the variety and circulation of its publications and its political links with similar groups in Argentine and Latin American countries such as Cuba, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay and Brazil
