Coacción y acumulación: el caso de las Ligas Agrarias Chaqueñas. 1971-1976

Abstract

Indagamos la historia reciente y su memoria para explicar la construcción de territorios sociales al interior de los sistemas productivos en la región del Nordeste Argentino y particularmente del Chaco. Hemos avanzado en los procesos de transformación en la provincia del Chaco en los últimos 50 años dondehicimos observables la dinámica de diferentes procesos socioeconómicos y los cambios en el sistema institucional y político así como la dinámica de las clases sociales. Un avance y renovado intento de comprensión refiere a hacer observable la influencia de la coacción en la constitución de las formas sociales y culturales y en la acción de los grupos e individuos. Cuando hablamos de coacción hacemos referencia a una amplia gama de procesos vinculados con el uso de alguna fuerza con distintos niveles de materialidad incluyendo las formas disciplinarias, coactivas, judiciales, delictuales. En este trabajo enfocaremos los diferentes aspectos que adquiere la coacción en relación con la génesis, el desarrollo y la disolución de la Ligas Agrarias Chaqueñas, movimiento de productores agrarios que se desarrolla entre 1971 y 1976 constituyendo una situación original en términos de acción de las fracciones agrarias en Argentina.

We investigated the recent history and its memory to explain the construction of social territories inside of the productive systems in the Argentine Northeast region and particularly in the Chaco region. We have studied the processes of transformation in the province of the Chaco in the last 50 years where we noticed the dynamics of different socioeconomic processes and the changes in the institutional and political system as well as dynamics from the social classes. The advance and the renewed attempt of understanding have to do with the making of the influence visible of the coertion in the constitution of the social and cultural forms and in the action of the groups and individuals. When we speak of coertion we make reference to an ample range of processes linked to the use of some force with different levels of materiality including the disciplinary, coercive, judicial and criminal forms. In this work we focus on the different aspects that the coertion in relation to the genesis, the development and the dissolution of the Agrarian Leagues of Chaco acquired, movement of agrarian producers that is developed between 1971 and 1976 constituting an original situation in terms of action of the agrarian fractions in Argentina.
