Abstract

Infusions of "muña-muña" (Clinopodium gilliesii (benth.) Kuntze): Sensory assessment. In this work, we present the results of sensory evaluation of infusions of different populations of Clinopodium gilliesii. This evaluation was performed by experts and potential consumers panels. The main descriptive attributes were associated with certain volatile and non volatile components (previously reported) of extracts of this plant.
