La inter-textualidad y la inter-materialidad de los objetos: La ofrenda funeraria en la tensión entre cultura material y evidencia epigráfica entre el Dinástico Temprano IIIB y la época neo-sumeria (Baja Mesopotamia, c. 2600-2100 a.C.)

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, nos proponemos reflexionar sobre la noción de objeto, a partir de los distintos aportes teóricos de la arqueología en relación al tópico de la materialidad. Para ello, analizaremos el concepto de ofrenda funeraria durante el tercer milenio a.C. en la Baja Mesopotamia a partir de la contextualización del registro epigráfico (textos económico-administrativos y lexicales) y el respectivo vínculo con la cultura material.

In this paper, we propose to reflect on the notion of object, taking into account different theoretical contributions of archeology in relation to the topic of materiality. For this, we will analyze the concept of “funerary offering” during the third millennium BCE in Lower Mesopotamia from the contextualisation of the epigraphic record (economic-administrative and lexical texts) and the respestive link with the material culture.
