El nuevo autoritarismo burocrático y el sindicalismo peronista. Análisis de la “participación” junto al gobierno militar de Onganía en la Argentina de los años sesenta: del “nuevo orden social” al “Cordobazo”

Abstract

En el presente trabajo buscamos reconstruir la relación del nuevo gobierno militar de 1966 con el sindicalismo peronista. A partir de aquella relación, buscamos indagar en la discusión general en torno a la participación sindical con gobiernos autoritarios, y el debate particular al interior del peronismo en torno de aquella relación con los militares. Para ello nos centramos en la trayectoria del grupo sindical “participacionista”, que respondió positivamente al llamado a acercarse al gobierno militar, y buscamos aportar al estudio del “nuevo autoritarismo” a partir de su alianza con sectores sociales, específicamente el estudio de aquella tendencia sindical poco analizada.

In the present work we reconstruct the relationship between the Peronist unionism and the new authoritarianism of 1966. We seek to analyze the general discussion concerning the union participation with authoritarian governments, and the debate within the Peronism around that relation with the military government. To do that, we focus on the development of the union group called “participacionista”, which answered positively the call of the military government. We aim to contribute to the study of the "new authoritarianism", based on his alliance with the “participacionista” union sector, and to understand its place in the Argentine union tradition.
