Los setenta en Argentina: Autoritarismo y sindicalismo de base

Abstract

El presente artículo se centra en un abordaje sobre un período bisagra en la lucha obrera argentina, la etapa que se inicia con la “revolución argentina” del golpe de estado en 1966 y culmina con el golpe de estado 1976, dando lugar a una represión genocida sobre el movimiento obrero. Ese límite temporal está dado por la importancia de luchas fabriles de base, enmarcadas en dos períodos de autoritarismo político, que presentamos a partir de una revisión bibliográfica que da cuenta de las continuidades y rupturas en el desenvolvimiento de aquella radicalidad obrera. Para ello presentamos primero la emergencia de la radicalidad obrera que confluye en el Cordobazo, para seguidamente analizar su profundización hasta la vuelta a la democracia en 1973; en tercer lugar analizamos la conflictividad de base sindical durante los gobiernos peronistas (Cámpora, Perón e Isabel) y finalmente abordamos la represión obrera del terrorismo de estado, a partir de una violencia sistemática y clandestina sobre los trabajadores.

The present article analyses a central period of labor struggle in Argentine, which begins with the “Revolución Argentina”, the coup d'état in 1966, and culminates with the coup d'état in 1976, and the systematization of the genocidal repression on the labor movement. This period is establish by the importance of industrial struggle of the rank and file, in periods of political authoritarianism, that we seek to study from a bibliographical review. In the first place we introduce the emergency of the working radicalness that comes together in the Cordobazo, and immediately we analyze his deepening up to the return to the democracy, in 1973; thirdly we analyze the unions conflict during the Peronists governments (Cámpora, Perón and Isabel) and finally we approach to the working repression (a systematic and clandestine violence) of the State terrorism.
