"La administración de castigo": El sentido de las lógicas burocráticas en el Servicio Penitenciario Federal Argentino

Abstract

Este artigo se debruça sobre as lógicas burocráticas adotadas pelo Serviço Penitenciário Federal Argentino, instituição legitimada pelo Estado para conceder “tratamento” com vista à “reinserção social”, mas também castigo àqueles que se separaram das normas legais e que, por esse motivo, se encontram na prisão. A possibilidade de mergulhar nas ditas práticas, relacionadas ao particular apego do pessoal penitenciário pelo registro, controle e cuidado das rotinas diárias e expedientes que circulam nas unidades carcerárias, permite falar das formas adotadas pelo poder em um espaço de administração por parte do Estado, mas também como o lugar do castigo e da pena.This article focuses on the bureaucratic logics adopted by the Argentine Federal Penitentiary Service, an institution legitimized by the State to grant “treatment” for “social reintegration”, but also punishment for those who have departed from the legal norms and who, for this reason, was sent to prison. The possibility of immersing in these practices, related to the particular attachment of prison staff to the formal registry, control and care with the daily routines and expedients circulating in the prison units, allows to talk about the forms adopted by the power in an administration space of the State, but also as a setting of punishment and punishment.
