Una aproximación teórica al fundamento de las resistencias en la relación capital-trabajo

Abstract

El propósito del presente artículo es realizar una revisión bibliográfica en torno a la noción de resistencias laborales. Asumimos como punto de partida que el proceso de transformación de la fuerza de trabajo en trabajo efectivo es un proceso conflictivo que tiene lugar en los establecimientos empresarios. ¿De qué formas se garantiza esta transformación? ¿Cuáles son los campos de afectación más significativos? La revisión de dos núcleos bibliográficos que hemos denominado „las perspectivas del poder y la resistencia‟ y „los debates sobre la autonomía y la autogestión obrera‟ aportan elementos sustanciosos. Fundamentamos, a partir de la síntesis crítica previa, tres campos de afectación de la relación entre capital y trabajo: el tiempo, la subjetividad y el modo de existencia colectivo.

The purpose of this article is to conduct a bibliographical review around the notion of labor unrest. As a starting point, we assume that the delivery of actual work by the workforce is a difficult process that takes place in business settings. Which are the ways in which this is guaranteed to happen? Which are the most significant fields of affection? Two bibliographic core sources, which we termed “the standpoints of power and unrest”, and “the debates about autonomy and workforce self-management”, make substantial contributions. Starting from a synthesis of the previous criticism, we provide arguments that support the notion of three fields that affect the relationship between capital and labor: Time, subjectivity, and the collective as a way of being.
