La relación entre metafísica y (bío)política como un caso de la “diferencia ontológica”

Abstract

El presente trabajo procura exponer la relación entre ontología y política como un caso especial de la “diferencia ontológica” entre ser y ente y, por consiguiente, como un problema fundamental de la historia de la filosofía. Como contrapartida, intenta elucidar la relación entre la metafísica –“el olvido del ser”– y los modos actuales en los que la política es comprendida como gobierno tecno-científico de la vida. Su objetivo más general consiste en explicitar las implicancias concretas de la pregunta por el ser, así como las raíces ontológicas de la pregunta por la política. Con esa intención, tomaremos como hilo conductor el concepto de “singular plural”, para postular la posibilidad de una ontología de la diferencia que sirva como horizonte de resistencia a la comprensión calculadora de la verdad tecno-científica y a los dispositivos en los que se despliega la biopolítica contemporánea.

The former article wants to expose the relation between ontology and politics, as a special case of the “ontological difference” between “being and entity” and, therefore, as a fundamental problem in the history of philosophy. As counterpart, it tries to show the relation between metaphysics –“the forget of being”– and the actual modes in which the politics is understood as technical-scientific government of life. Its general objective stays in specifying the concrete consequences of the question about being, as well as the ontology roots of the question about politics. With that intention, we will take as main theme the concept of “singular plural”, to postulate the possibility of an ontology of difference that serve as horizon of resistance to the calculating understanding of the tech-scientific true and to the mechanisms in which it develops the contemporary biopolitics.
