Programas sociales y protección social no contributiva en la post-convertibilidad Argentina

Abstract

El artículo analiza los vínculos entre la Asignación Universal por Hijo y por Embarazo para la Protección Social y el Plan Nacer como medidas que cristalizan una lógica dual en la provisión de bienestar social,lógica que refuerza la separación histórica entre lo contributivo y lo no contributivo del régimen de bienestar en la Argentina.

In this work, we analyze the relationship between the UniversalChild Allowance, the Universal Pregnancy Allowance and the Plan NacerProgram as policies that crystallize a dual logic of welfare provision, onethat reinforces the historical gap between contributory and non-contributorycomponents present in the Argentine welfare regime.
