Lefort y la revolución: trayectoria y concepto

Abstract

En este trabajo presentaremos la relación entre la trayectoria teórica de un autor y un concepto crucial para la modernidad política. Se trata de observar cómo opera el concepto de revolución dentro de la teoría política de Lefort, que se habría forjado y consolidado a través de una ruptura: la ruptura con el esquema marxista de la revolución y el descubrimiento de lo político, de la revolución democrática. Pues bien, el trabajo planteará, a partir del seguimiento del concepto de revolución, una serie de interrogantes a la mirada “rupturista” y “evolucionista”, con el objetivo de reelaborar el pasaje lefortiano de la revolución a la democracia y repensar la articulación entre el concepto de revolución y el de democracia en el marco de la modernidad.

In this work we will present the relation between the theoretical path of an author and a crucial concept for the political modernity. It is a question of observing how it produces the concept of revolution inside Lefort's political theory which intellectual itinerary would have been forged across a break: the break with the Marxist scheme of the revolution and the discovery of the political thing, of the democratic revolution. Well then, the work will raise, from the follow-up of the concept of revolution, a series of questions to the look "of break" and "evolutionary", with the aim to re-elaborate the passage Lefort’s from the revolution to the democracy and to rethink the joint between the concept of revolution and that of democracy in the frame of the modernity.
