Organización del trabajo: un análisis a partir de sus dimensiones en empresas industriales de San Martín y Rafaela

Abstract

A partir del estudio de empresas industriales en Rafaela (Santa Fe) y San Martín (Buenos Aires) en 2021 y 2022, este artículo analiza las características de y las interacciones entre las dimensiones y subdimensiones que configuran distintas de formas de organización del trabajo. Estas interrelaciones se identifican a partir de la aplicación de un análisis factorial de correspondencias múltiples, donde las subdimensiones que describen a cada dimensión se consideran las variables activas. Se concluye que existe una fuerte sinergia entre las distintas subdimensiones, lo que da lugar a la configuración de grupos de empresas caracterizadas por rasgos extremos (más tradicionales y más formativas) de las dimensiones. A partir de estos resultados, también se abren nuevas posibilidades de revisión de estrategias metodológicas y de análisis de la organización del trabajo que herramientas analíticas e instrumentos de captación de información más simples.

On the basis of a study of industrial companies in Rafaela (Santa Fe) and San Martín (Buenos Aires) in 2021 and 2022, this article analyses the characteristics of and interactions between the dimensions and sub-dimensions that shape different forms of work organisation. These interrelationships are identified through the application of a multiple correspondence factor analysis, where the sub-dimensions that describe each dimension are considered the active variables. It is concluded that there is a strong synergy between the different sub-dimensions, which gives rise to the configuration of groups of companies characterised by extreme features (more traditional and more formative) of the dimensions. From these results, new possibilities also arise for reviewing methodological strategies and analysing work organisation using simpler analytical tools and information gathering instruments.
