Design of seed transfer zones and assessment of germplasm collections of Neltuma alba for reforestation and afforestation purposes in Argentina

Abstract

The dataset corresponds to the study “Design of seed transfer zones and assessment of germplasm collections of Neltuma alba for reforestation and afforestation purposes in Argentina”. It includes the results obtained using the ELC tool from the CAPFITOGEN package, which were employed for the ecogeographic characterization of the species’ distribution area, the assessment of the representativeness of germplasm collections, and the design of seed transfer zones (STZs). The files comprise statistics, maps, multivariate analyses, and combinations of bioclimatic, edaphic, and geophysical variables used in the study.
