Poder de poderes

Abstract

Este trabajo piensa la Argentina del siglo XXI que nos es contemporánea, atravesada, sostenida y gobernada por un poder de poderes, una fuerza cognitiva (esto es: política) constituida alrededor de un nudo entramado por dos hilos espesos. Estos hilos -el poder mafioso y el poder fascistaresponden a un mismo principio racional-constituyente -el zigzagueo- y comparten un propósito, que atañe a la emancipación, a su inhibición. La hipótesis que organiza el proceso cognoscitivo puede sintetizarse de la siguiente manera: el poder constituido alededor de la figura del presidente Javier Milei (2023-¿?) se adhiere (en parte) a aquel configurado en torno a la figura del expresidente Mauricio Macri (2015-2019). Metodológicamente, estas reflexiones anudan saberes de distinta procedencia disciplinar: la filosofía de la praxis, la sociología de las organizaciones y una teoría (política) de la liberación. El objetivo central del trabajo consiste en analizar teóricamente la escena política argentina del presente -gobernada por el poder “libertatiano”- para imaginar algunas modalidades posibles para la emancipación política. Las conclusiones se configuran en derredor del concepto de cookismo, que expresa una conexión -sin fusiones- entre las grandes tradiciones políticas de lucha emancipatoria en la Argentina.

This work conceives 21st-century Argentina, which is contemporary to us, crossed, sustained, and governed by a power of powers, a cognitive force (i.e., political) constituted around a knot woven by thick threads. These threads -the mafia power and the fascist power respond to the same rationalconstitutive principle -the zigzagging- and share a purpose, which concerns emancipation, its inhibition. The hypothesis, which organizes the cognitive process can be synthesized as follows: The power constituted around the figure of President Javier Milei (2023-¿?) adheres, in part, to that configured around the figure of former President Mauricio Macri (2015-2019). Methodologically, these reflections weave together knowledge from different disciplinary origins: the philosophy of praxis, the sociology of organizations, and a (political) theory of liberation. The central objective of the work is to theoretically analyze the current Argentine political scene - governed by the “libertarian” power - to imagine some possible modalities for political emancipation. The conclusions are shaped around the concept of cookism, which expresses a connection - without fusions - between the major political traditions of emancipatory struggle in Argentina.
