Modificaciones en el vínculo entre partidos y movimientos en la Argentina de comienzos del siglo XXI

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo reside en describir el conjunto de transformaciones que ha experimentado el vínculo entre partidos políticos y movimientos sociales en la Argentina democrática. El principal argumento consiste en que la modificación de este vínculo debe interpretarse en dos sentidos. El primero remite al intento de reconstruir el lazo entre Partido Peronista y sindicalismo peronista por parte del kirchnerismo, en tanto fuerza dominante del peronismo. Y, el segundo debe leerse en términos de ampliación del vínculo, el que ya no puede restringirse al peronismo, incorporándose a su análisis a los partidos de izquierda y las organizaciones piqueteras. A nuestro parecer este último elemento constituye un aporte al análisis del vínculo entre partidos y movimientos, con el que se pretende ensanchar sus márgenes. Finalmente, se destaca que para la recolección de la información se ha acudido a las técnicas de la entrevista en profundidad y la observación de documentos.

The intention of this work resides in describing the set of transformations that has experienced the link between political parties and social movements in the democratic Argentina. The principal argument consists of the fact that the modification of this link must be interpreted in a double way. The first one, sends to the attempt of reconstructing the bow between “peronista” party and peronist unionism on the part of the kirchnerismo, as a dominant force of the Peronism. And, the second one, must be read in terms of extension of the link, which already cannot be restricted to the Peronism, joining to his analysis to the left-wing parties and the “piqueteras” organizations.To us, it looks like this last element constitutes a contribution to the analysis of the link between parties and movements, with it we try to expand its margins. Finally, we emphasize that for the compilation of the information we chose the interview in depth and the observation of documents.
