Alfabetización de personas jóvenes y adultas con población castellano-guaraní hablante: un proyecto de traducciones

Abstract

El presente artículo comparte avances de un proyecto de investigación en marcha (Filocyt FC19-099), con sede en el Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (IICE – UBA), titulado “Procesos de alfabetización en personas jóvenes y adultas: dimensiones psicogenéticas, didácticas, psicosociales y lingüísticas involucradas en la apropiación del sistema de escritura y del lenguaje escrito, desde una epistemología constructivista”, bajo la dirección de la Dra. Kurlat. Abordaremos aquí uno de sus objetivos, que busca generar conocimiento acerca de la especificidad de los procesos de construcción del sistema de escritura en personas jóvenes y adultas bilingües, tomando como caso un proyecto de traducciones del castellano al guaraní en un centro de alfabetización del Programa de Alfabetización, Educación Básica y Trabajo (PAEByT), perteneciente a la Dirección del Área de Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Se compartirá el devenir de la planificación del proyecto, algunas producciones que se han gestado en su implementación, las situaciones didácticas e intervenciones fértiles que se han suscitado vinculadas al lenguaje que se escribe y a la reflexión sobre la lengua, así como procesos psicosociales identificados en la población participante, en cuanto a sus representaciones sobre sí como aprendices y escritores que se han transformado a partir del tránsito por la propuesta de enseñanza.

This article reports on the progress of an ongoing research project (Filocyt FC19-099) carried out at the Educational Sciences Research Institute of the University of Buenos Aires. Directed by Dr. Kurlat, the project has been named: “Youth and adult literacy process: psychogenetic, didactic, psychosocial and linguistic dimensions involved in the acquisition of written system and written language from a constructivist epistemology.” We will address one of the objectives of the project, which is to shed light on the specific processes of acquisition of the written system in bilingual youth and adults, taking as a case a translation project from Spanish to Guarani in a literacy center of the Program of Literacy, Basic Education and Work (PAEByT), belonging to the Directorate of Youth and Adult Education Area of the City of Buenos Aires. We will share the evolution of the project planning, some of the productions that have emerged during its implementation, the didactic situations and fruitful interventions that have emerged in relation to the language that is written and the reflection on language, as well as the psychosocial processes identified in the participating population, in terms of their representations of themselves as learners and writers that have been transformed as a result of their participation in the teaching proposal.
