Patrimonio serrano: Luchas territoriales de la comunidad de Villa Allende

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la significación y recuperación de sitios patrimonializados en el territorio serrano de Villa Allende, Córdoba, Argentina, a partir del año 2011, así como el resultado de las luchas de organizaciones de base contra el avance minero-inmobiliario sobre la serranía local que derivó en la aprobación de la Ordenanza Municipal 21-20 y las disputas y territorialidades aún existentes en las Sierras Chicas. Las múltiples memorias sobre lo construido surgieron de narrativas orales, entrevistas participantes, mapeos y recorrido de senderos. Así, se interroga y debate críticamente los sentidos de la patrimonialización y el resguardo de sitios. Para analizar este proceso y visibilizar estos sitios, se apela a la ecología política y a la metodología acción-participación-investigación que dan cuenta de cómo la lucha popular en las calles y la vía institucional se amalgaman para defender y patrimonializar los territorios serranos.

This article analyzes the significance and recovery of patrimonialized sites in the Hills (Serrano) territory of Villa Allende, Córdoba, Argentina from 2011, as well as the result of the struggles of social organizations against the mining-immobiliary progress on the local mountain range, a process that resulted in The approval of the Municipal Ordinance 21-20 and the disputes and territorialities still existing in Chicas Sierras. The multiple social memories about the constructed arose from oral narratives, participating interviews, mapping and path of paths. Thus we could question and critically discuss the senses of patrimonialization and the shelter of sites. To analyze this process and make these sites visible, it appeals to political ecology and the action-participation-investigation methodology that show how the popular struggle in the streets and the institutional route amalgamn to defend and patrimonialize the hills territories.
