Cuben S.A.: la estructura de una PyME innovadora

Abstract

El presente trabajo consiste en un estudio de caso sobre una empresa de ingeniería argentina llamada Cuben S.A., la cual presenta características interesantes que la diferencia de otras de su rubro. La metodología empleada para su elaboración se basó en entrevistas a actores claves y revisión documental para analizar la evolución de la organización desde su fundación hasta el presente, cuando se dieron varios cambios en el modelo de negocio. Se identifi caron hitos clave que marcaron su crecimiento y desarrollo. El objetivo fue comprender cómo Cuben S.A. logró posicionarse como un referente en soluciones innovadoras, explorando sus estrategias de negocio y adaptación a los cambios del mercado. Asimismo, se identifi caron los factores internos y externos que han infl uido en el éxito de la empresa, analizando tanto el entorno macroeconómico como las decisiones gerenciales y operativas que permitieron a Cuben S.A. mantenerse competitiva en el mercado argentino.

This paper is a case study of an Argentinean engineering company called Cuben S.A., which has interesting characteristics that differentiate it from others in its field. The methodology used for its elaboration was based on interviews to key actors and documentary review to analyze the evolution of the organization from its foundation to the present, where several changes in the business model took place. Key milestones were identified that marked its growth and development. The objective was to understand how Cuben S.A. managed to position itself as a reference in innovative solutions, exploring its business strategies and adaptation to market changes. Likewise, the internal and external factors that have influenced the company's success were identified, analyzing both the macroeconomic environment and the managerial and operational decisions that allowed Cuben S.A. to remain competitive in the Argentine market.
