El Informe Secreto al XX Congreso del Partido Comunista de la Unión Soviética en la perspectiva oficial del Partido Comunista Argentino: recepción y primeras repercusiones

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es indagar acerca de las primeras interpretaciones del Partido Comunista de la Argentina (PCA) a propósito del informe presentado por Khrushchev el 25 de febrero de 1956. La muerte de Stalin era señalada allí como la oportunidad a partir del cual el Partido Comunista de la Unión Soviética (PCUS) debía romper con la lógica inherente al culto a la personalidad y recuperar la ´pureza´ del marxismo-leninismo. Las críticas a los ´excesos´ del stalinismo, así como las primeras reformas realizadas en el marco del proceso de ´desestalinización´, generaron un cúmulo de discusiones y reflexiones al interior del movimiento comunista internacional. Las cuestiones centrales abordadas en el XX Congreso del PCUS no pudieron ser tampoco obviadas por el PCA, y el tratamiento que les fue dispensado por este último será materia de análisis del presente trabajo.

The aim of this article is to inquire about the first interpretations of the Communist Party of Argentina (PCA) on the subject of the Khrushchev’s report on February 25, 1956. Stalin’s death was marked as an opportunity from which the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (PCUS) should break with the logic inherent in the cult of personality and could recover the “purity” of Marxism-Leninism. The criticism to the “excesses” of mature Stalinism and the reforms in the early part of the process of “de-Stalinization”, generated a number of debates and reflection within the international communist movement. The central issues addressed in the XX Congress of the PCUS could not be obviated by the PCA, and the treatment given to them by the latter are the subject of analysis of this study.
