Resumen

Enhancer of Zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) is a histone methyltransferase which catalyzes the trimethylation of lysine 27 of histone H3 (H3K27me3), an epigenetic mark associated with chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression of target genes. EZH2 can also act in a non-canonical function by regulating transcription independently of its enzymatic activity.
