Resumen
.To be effective as bioinoculants, rhizobacteria need to employ different competitive strategies to survive in rhizosphere communities. In this context, it had been demonstrated that bacteriocins produced by PGPR Pseudomonas chlororaphis 30-84 are important for competition and bacterial persistence in the wheat rhizosphere (Dorosky et al., 2018). Bacteriocins are proteinaceous antimicrobials that exhibit high specificity and kill closely related competitors to the producing bacteria (Ghequire et al., 2015). Over the last year, research on bacteriocins produced by rhizospheric strains has significantly increased due to their high potential as biocontrol agents and biostimulants of plant growth .
