Cuestión social y situaciones problemáticas: Aportes a los procesos de intervención en Trabajo Social

Abstract

El presente trabajo expone un conjunto de reflexiones en torno a las mediaciones entre la cuestión social y las situaciones problemáticas que se constituyen en el fundamento de procesos de intervención de profesionales del Trabajo Social. La comprensión de la ?cuestión social? a partir de las transformaciones en el trabajo dentro de la sociedad capitalista se constituye en el inicio del texto, para luego continuar en la explicitación de las categorías analíticas que vinculan dichos procesos con las situaciones problemáticas. En este punto, las características que adquiere la categoría situación adquieren relevancia para aproximarnos tanto a los aspectos objetivos y subjetivos de los procesos sociales como a sus determinantes estructurales y expresiones coyunturales.

The following work shows a group of reflections around the thoughts between the social issue and the problematic situations which are built on the basis of the processes of the Social Work professionals’ intervention. The understanding of the social issue starting from the work changes in the capitalist society is expressed at the beginning of the text to finally continue with the explicitness of the analytic categories that relate these processes with the problematic situations. At this point, the characteristics acquired by the category situation obtain relevance to get close to the objective and subjective aspects of the social process as to their structural determinants and contemporary expressions.
