De la polarización a la radicalización: Las formaciones de ultraderecha en la opinión pública argentina

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es describir las formaciones de ultraderecha en la opinión pública, emergentes en los últimos años en Argentina, interrogándonos sobre el impacto de estas formaciones en el consenso democrático y, puntualmente, sobre sus reacciones contra otras identidades políticas, puntualmente la kirchnerista. Para ello, combinamos dos metodologías con las cuales abordar el objetivo de investigación en diferentes niveles de análisis que son complementarios. Por un lado, describimos a la ultraderecha por sus llamados a la acción, para eso recabamos lo propuesto por autores que investigaron recientemente este fenómeno, como Daniel Feierstein, Ernesto Semán y Pablo Stefanoni (2021;2022). Por otro lado, para comprender la relación entre la ultraderecha y el consenso democrático, nos remitimos al estudio estadístico de Gabriel Kessler, Gabriel Vommaro y Gonzalo Assusa (2021). Por último, especificamos la relación entre estas formaciones de ultraderecha y el antikirchnerismo, para lo cual realizamos un breve análisis cuantitativo sobre la base de datos (de uso abierto) recabada en agosto del 2021 por la Red del Estudio Nacional Colaborativo de Representaciones sobre la Pandemia en Argentina (ENCRESPA) dirigida por Javier Balsa. En las conclusiones, finalmente, establecemos una hipótesis sobre el impacto que estas formaciones tienen en la convivencia democrática.

The aim of this article is to describe the far-right formations in public opinion that have emerged in recent years in Argentina, by inquiring the impact of these formations on the democratic consensus and, specifically, on their reactions against other political identities, particularly the kirchnerist one. For this purpose, we approach the research aim at different but complementary levels of analysis by combining two methodologies. On the one hand, we describe the far right through its calls to action by gathering the proposals of authors who have recently investigated this phenomenon, such as Daniel Feierstein, Ernesto Semán and Pablo Stefanoni (2021;2022). On the other hand, to understand the relationship between the far right and the democratic consensus, we refer to the statistical study by Gabriel Kessler, Gabriel Vommaro and Gonzalo Assusa (2021). Then, we specify the relationship between these far-right formations and antikirchnerism by means of a brief statistical analysis on the open database collected in August 2021 by the Network of Collaborative National Study of Representations about the Pandemic in Argentina (ENCRESPA), directed by Javier Balsa. Finally, as a conclusion, we put forward a hypothesis about the impact that these formations have on democratic coexistence.
