Sujeto y subjetividad: los problemas de la permanencia y la transformación en psicoanálisis

Abstract

Este trabajo toma la distinción entre el Sujeto y la subjetividad para desarrollar ciertas cuestionesvinculadas a los problemas de la permanencia y la transformación en psicoanálisis. En primerlugar, tomaremos a S. Bleichmar para demostrar cómo esta autora busca asegurar la vigencia dela práctica psicoanalítica por apelación al Sujeto que, dada su relación constitutiva con la ley,permanece no obstante todas las transformaciones histórico-políticas dadas en el campo de lasubjetividad. En segundo lugar, tomaremos a J. Alemán para demostrar cómo este autor vinculala posibilidad de resistencia política con el Sujeto que, dado su vínculo estructural con ellenguaje, constituye un elemento de permanencia que resiste a las producciones histórico-políticas de subjetividad a manos del poder. En estos autores, el motivo clínico y el político queplantean dependen de aquel elemento de permanencia que es el Sujeto en oposición a lastransformaciones dadas en el campo de la subjetividad. Estos planteos nos permitirán discutir larelación de la ley, que en los mismos es el elemento que asegura la permanencia del Sujeto, conlas transformaciones históricas y políticas, problematizadas desde estas perspectivas.

This work considers the distinction between the Subject and the subjectivity to develop certain topics related with the problems of permanence and transformation in psychoanalysis. Firstly, we will consider the work of S. Bleichmar to demonstrate the way in which this author seeks to ensure the validity of the psychoanalytic practice by means of the Subject that, due to its constitutive relation with the law, remains the same despite all the historical and political transformations given in the field of subjectivity. Secondly, we will consider the work of J. Alemán to demonstrate the way in which this author relates the possibility of political resistance with the Subject that, due to its structural relation with the language, constitutes an element of permanence that resists the historical and political productions of subjectivity. In both these authors, such important motifs as the clinical and the political ones depend on that element of permanence that is the Subject in opposition with the transformations that take place in the field of subjectivity. Lastly, these propositions will let us discuss the relation of the law, which in both cases constitutes the element that ensures the permanence of the Subject, with the historical and political transformations that are problematic in these perspectives.
