Clima, Antropoceno e historia

Abstract

Esta reflexión intenta abrir una conversación sobre dos problemáticas muy presentes y urgentes de la actualidad. Dos problemáticas que durante años han corrido por caminos separados y que en las últimas décadas han empezado a articularse e interrelacionarse cada vez más. La primera refiere al cambio climático y el Antropoceno; la segunda, a la historia y el tiempo. Para abordar estas problemáticas, se analizan las propuestas de dos autores provenientes del dialogo critico sur-sur: por un lado, el historiador poscolonial Dipesh Chakrabarty; por el otro, el filósofo político aymara-boliviano Luis Tapia.

This reflection tries to open a conversation about two very present and urgent problems of today. Two problems that for years have gone their separate ways and that in recent decades have begun to articulate and interrelate more and more. The first refers to climate change and the Anthropocene, the second to history and time. To address these problems, the proposals of two authors from the critical South-South dialogue are analyzed: on the one hand, the postcolonial historian Dipesh Chakrabarty; and on the other, the Aymara-Bolivian political philosopher, Luis Tapia.
